Membership interest in hunt camp on 500+ acres. 5 other members. Turkey, deer, quail. I drove into camp and a covey flew up to greet me. Also adjacent to a large pond/small lake, about 18 acres. The water is so clear you can see the bottom. Quintessential swimming hole. Kids and spouses will love to cook smores in the fire pit.
Quiet, calm, relaxing. The cabin has hot/cold water, showers, heater/AC (I think it has AC, double check) washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator/freezer, indoor toilet, 2 bunk beds, sofa, recliner, DISH network TV. About 2.5 hours from Buckhead in Atlanta. Easy trip, straight down I-75, get off on exit 84 in Ashburn. Gate has a combination lock.
Lease is good through December 2009.
My wife would rather we spend the money on renovating the house. So in the interest of marital harmony, I am letting it go. My 8 year old is in the picture to provide reference to scale and size to the inside of the house; this is the view of standing on the porch looking inside. The picture of the lake is a portion of the entire lake. The entire lake would not fit in the viewfinder of my cell phone camera.
